Creativity in the Community

I believe creativity should be accessible to everyone.

Alongside supporting individuals, I welcome opportunities to work with charities, community groups, libraries, community organisations and support services, delivering creative wellbeing workshops that encourage connection, confidence and emotional wellbeing through creative expression.

Whether online or, where possible, in person, my aim is to create inclusive spaces where everyone can experience the positive impact of creativity, regardless of artistic ability.

Reconnect with yourself through creativity

Original Art • Holistic Art Therapy • Creative Wellbeing

A calm, compassionate space for adults to explore emotions, reduce stress and reconnect with themselves through creativity.

Have you been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained or disconnected from yourself?

Perhaps you're experiencing stress or anxiety.

Perhaps you're navigating a life change.

Perhaps you're living with a chronic health condition.

Perhaps you're neurodivergent.

Or perhaps you're simply looking for a gentle way to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

Whatever has brought you here, you're warmly welcome to explore whether creativity could become part of your wellbeing journey.

How I Work

Creativity is deeply personal. Rather than following my artistic style, you'll be supported to discover your own creative voice, using materials and approaches that feel authentic and meaningful to you.

I offer online creative wellbeing sessions that provide a safe, supportive space for emotional wellbeing, self-expression and personal growth through creative exploration.

Whether supporting individuals or groups, my aim is to create welcoming, inclusive spaces where creativity encourages wellbeing, connection and self-expression.

There is no right or wrong way to create. Every session is shaped around your individual needs, interests and pace, allowing creativity to become a meaningful part of your wellbeing journey.
